Leading Steps Paediatrics will be closed on Friday and Monday as we transition to a new patient management system with Xestro to better support your care experience.

📞 Please note: Our phone lines will be turned off from 2:00pm Thursday 23/04/2026 and results will cease filtering into our old system ahead of the transition.

During this time:

• Our clinic will be closed until Tuesday

• No requests or enquiries will be actioned

• There may be a backlog of requests once we reopen

• Phone lines will be intermittent

• If your child requires urgent medical attention, please see your GP or nearest emergency department

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we make these important improvements. We look forward to welcoming you back on Tuesday with an even better system in place 💙
